We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund any unsuitable items, in their original condition. Please find our most commonly asked questions below:

 


How can I return my items?

Online:

Please note Online Returns come with a €5 courier fee per return.

  1. Kindly access return link here.
  2. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  4. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. 

 

In-Store:

You can return your items in-store free of charge. Please ensure you visit the store relevant to the item you wish to exchange. All you'll need with you to return the item, is your order number and original payment card.

 

 

What are the return costs?

Online returns endure a €5 courier fee.
In-store returns are free of charge.

 

 

What are the time limits for returns?

If you change your mind and decide to return any items, you can do so within the following time limits:

28 days for full-priced items (from the date when you received any items)
14 days for sale items (from the date when you received any items)

 

 

Can I get an exchange for my online purchase?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange for an item you have ordered online and wish to exchange.

You can however, exchange your items in-store. Please ensure you visit the store relevant to the item you wish to exchange. All you'll need with you to return the item, is your order number and original payment card.

 

 

What products can I return?

You can return all clothing items (exceptions below). Any clothing or shoes returned, must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn and in the original packaging.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or pierced jewellery if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Beauty items cannot be returned if the packaging or seal has been broken. Items must be returned with tags intact and the order note enclosed.
